| Our group eating our last meal |
Today was our last day of our expedition trip. We got to
sleep in much later than normal, because we didn't have to paddle due to the change in plans from yesterday. We woke up one by one and finished the rest of
the leftovers snacks and food. We got to hang out and have a lot of down time
while everyone slowly woke up. Even Will woke up late. Once everyone was awake
and had eaten, we all started breaking down our camp site so we could get it
out of the way.

We ended up spending the rest of our morning relaxing and
reminiscing on all the great times that we had on our trip. We had so many
stories to laugh about and to look back on, and the end result was that we had
all made new friends in just the matter of a week. Our group has come a long
way since day one and we have all gained a lot. The parents ended coming around
12 o’clock, and we got to say good bye to our new friends.
